Don’t Eat Large Quantity

Eat Regularly

Take Plenty of water
A human need to take between 1.5 to 2.0 litres of water per day. High fluids or water intake enhances proper digestion and helps you stay refreshed all day. The quantity of intake fluids or water may increase in hot weather or when you are more physically active. Other sources may include hot tea, fruit juice, soft drinks, and others.
Don’t Eat Late at Night
Eating late at night doesn’t aid healthy lifestyle. Your food needs time to digest and it’s in this process that the body needs a proper time to digest food. Some people go to bed immediately after dinner. This is very bad. Make sure that you have good time to walk, talk before you go to bed.Eat at least 3 or 2 hours before you go to bed.
Reduce Intake of Processed Foods
Processed foods are not good for health. They can harm your health. Processed foods are prepared with artificial ingredients such as chemicals, cholesterol-filled fats, etc.
